So I understand from this that politicians, our employees, (We, the People) like their work, think is vital, and find it rewarding. However, they are not looking for even stronger leadership. Our politicians, huge part of them at least, have no performance culture. I`ve learned that you are public servant in "that huge bulding" ...What about an Annual Employee Climate Survey for public servants? You have right, but politicians are satisfied with their jobs, even more so than other CEO`s or corporate business. So I understand from this that politicians, our employees, (We, the People) like their work, think is vital, and find it rewarding. However, they are not looking for even stronger leadership.
