In the last few years I have met many foreigners living in Romania. I also have lots of foreign friends everywhere. Every now and then, but on regular basis, I hear how Romania or Romanians are and I am being asked about that. Here is the beginning of a cultural guide to getting to know Romania and Romanians with good and bad, so feel free to have have your say. Many other countries are doing this unconventional research, so, why not us too?!

Going to come to Romania for a bit to write a journalism project. I was wondering if anyone knows of a decent ISP? I don't care if its Cable or DSL I just need a good constant connection, moderately cheap if possible, and reliable enough for video (might do a video blog instead).

A foreign exchange contact I met in school decided to let me stay with him as long as I front some of his costs.

I will be staying in Titan, Aleea Soldat Tudor Ion.

Any assistance would be great.

Thanks,

Andrew
